Return Policy

If you want to replace one of the items you purchased, you can do so within 14 business days of the date you received it. Exchange can be done under the following conditions:
  • You must notify us in advance that you wish to replace the item. You can use the Contact Us page to do so
  • You still have the original invoice
  • The garment hasn't been used. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted.
  • The label must be attached to the garment

Contact us to coordinate the exchange, for your convenience exchanges can be done in the following ways:

  • Visit our studio! You're always welcome..
  • Send it back to us via Registered Mail and we'll send the new item to you with no extra charge. 

In case you wish to return one of the items for any reason,  you can do so  within 14 business days of the date you received it and a refund will be issued according to the original payment method. Returns can be done under the following conditions:
